Remote IT Support Terms and Conditions
- Payment of minimum of one hour will be secured prior to the support call/connection.
- The Remote IT support – 1 Hour is to be used at once and the minimum charge is for one hour even the the problem is resolved is lesser time.
- Billing starts at the time of the appointment.
- Prepaid 1 hour of Remote IT Support expires 2 months after purchase date if unused.
- Missed/cancelled appointments will be billed $60 if notice is not given 4 hours before the appointment.
- This sale price applies to this product only.
- You might be provided and option to purchase extra time if 1 hour support is not enough depending on the complexity and other factors (including but not limited to: The age of your computer and/or devices; outdated drivers or software; and the connection speed of your internet). Extra time can be purchased in 30 minutes block at the cost of 1/2 of the actual/sale price of 1 hour Remote IT support.
- Remote connection uses End-to-end encryption software. It’s easy to use and secure and you can end the session at any time. You are the one that allow the technician to view and control your desktop.
- Make sure to close any personal or confidential information on your screen, as the technician will be viewing your desktop.
- Once the remote connection is established, both parties need to be present all the time during the remote connection, to answer questions about the related problem and also to assist in case of disconnections.
- The computer requiring assistance need to be on and connected to the Internet.
- Eznet IT Support will not disclose passwords or credentials to any undisclosed 3rd party.
- While we respectfully use your computer, Eznet IT Support cannot guarantee this service will resolve the IT problem or that the attempt to resolve technical issues will not cause additional problems requiring an additional support call.
- Eznet IT Support is not liable for any consequential damages of any kind and it is the client’s responsibility to backup all applications and data prior to the session.
- When you have agreed to use our remote support terms and conditions and have paid for 1 hour remote IT Support, we will contact you to organize the details of the secure remote connection.
- The Remote IT support software can be removed from the computer after the problem has been resolved.
